How much does delivery cost?
We provide free delivery over €90*
*Exclude VAT and other charges
If your order does not exceed this amount you will see the delivery fee in your basket or you can contact us for more information.
Can I have Priority Dispatch?
Yes, we do offer Priority Dispatch on many of our products. You can choose it by step 5 when you customize your product.
Delivery tracking
We will send a notification email with tracking details when all orders are dispatched.
Depending on the transport company, online tracking may not be available until 24 hours after dispatch.
A small percentage of our transport companies do not offer online tracking. For these couriers please call the number on the companies website to track your order.
Can I pick up my order?
Usuallly we ship all orders by couriers. If you prefer You can arrange a pickup in Dublin by contacting us.
Can I select multiple delivery address's (split delivery)?
If you require a split delivery to multiple locations, please contact us for a quote and one of our team members will gladly assist you.
